OFF STAGE LIVE

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets, entries and participation in OFF STAGE LIVE. By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

1. General

OFF STAGE LIVE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or participation in the event confirms acceptance of any updates.

All attendees, participants, teachers, exhibitors and spectators must comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchases

  • All tickets are subject to availability and acceptance

  • All prices are correct at the time of publishing but may be subject to change

  • A valid ticket or pass is required for entry to any part of the event

  • Different areas of the event require separate tickets (e.g. classes, competitions, spectator access)

Tickets must be checked upon purchase. Errors cannot always be corrected.

3. Refunds & Transfers

  • All ticket sales are non-refundable

  • Tickets may be transferred to another participant of the same category where appropriate

  • Transfers must be approved in advance by OFF STAGE LIVE

  • No refunds will be issued for inability to attend due to personal circumstances

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

OFF STAGE LIVE reserves the right to:

  • Change event timings, schedules, classes, judges or teachers

  • Modify competition formats if required

  • Replace teachers or performers where necessary

If the event is postponed:

  • Tickets will remain valid for the new date

  • Transfer options may be offered where appropriate

If the event is cancelled:

  • Further information regarding transfers or refunds will be communicated

OFF STAGE LIVE is not responsible for any personal costs including travel or accommodation.

5. Participation at Own Risk

Participation in all activities, including classes, competitions and performances, is at your own risk.

OFF STAGE LIVE is not liable for:

  • Injury

  • Loss

  • Damage

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and able to take part.

6. Liability

OFF STAGE LIVE, its staff, contractors and venue partners will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage sustained at the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

The organiser is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including exhibitors.

7. Conduct & Behaviour

All attendees must behave respectfully towards:

  • Other dancers

  • Teachers

  • Judges

  • Staff

  • Venue personnel

OFF STAGE LIVE reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for:

  • Disruptive behaviour

  • Unsafe conduct

  • Failure to follow instructions

No refund will be given in these circumstances.

8. Competition & Class Participation

  • Participants must enter the correct category and level

  • All rules and regulations for competitions must be followed

  • Participants must be ready at the required times

  • Failure to attend when called may result in disqualification

Separate tickets are required for:

  • Classes

  • Competitions

  • Spectator access

9. Resale of Tickets

Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain.
OFF STAGE LIVE reserves the right to cancel any tickets that are resold in breach of this condition.

10. Photography & Filming

OFF STAGE LIVE events may be filmed and photographed.

By attending, you consent to:

  • Photography

  • Video recording

  • Use of content for promotional purposes

If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, you must notify the OFF STAGE LIVE team in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion due to the nature of the event.

11. Personal Property

OFF STAGE LIVE is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to the event.

12. Health & Safety

  • All attendees must follow venue and event safety guidelines

  • Unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event

  • Participants must warm up appropriately and take responsibility for their physical wellbeing

13. Safeguarding

  • Participants under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult

  • Teachers, parents and guardians are responsible for safeguarding their dancers

  • Any safeguarding concerns must be reported immediately

14. Exhibitors & Third Parties

Exhibitors are responsible for:

  • Their own setup and conduct

  • Public liability insurance where required

OFF STAGE LIVE is not responsible for products, services or interactions provided by exhibitors.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and materials relating to OFF STAGE LIVE are protected by copyright.
Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

16. Force Majeure

OFF STAGE LIVE is not liable for failure to deliver the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural events

  • Government restrictions

  • Venue issues

  • Illness or travel disruption

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
