ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

1. Our Commitment

OFF STAGE LIVE is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all dancers, teachers, exhibitors and visitors.

We aim to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability or accessibility needs, can enjoy and participate in the event safely and comfortably. We are also committed to being transparent about accessibility and will always do our best to accommodate individual needs wherever possible.

2. Venue Accessibility

OFF STAGE LIVE takes place at:

Millfield Theatre
Silver Street
Edmonton
London
N18 1PJ

The venue offers:

  • Step-free access to key ground floor areas

  • Accessible toilets

  • On-site parking, including accessible spaces

  • Seating areas within the venue

  • Multiple studio and performance spaces

Please note that some areas of the venue, including certain class studios, are located upstairs and may not have step-free access.

3. Event Access

We aim to make all areas of the event as accessible as possible, including:

  • Theatre (main competition space)

  • Class studios

  • Exhibitor areas

  • Café and seating areas

However, due to the layout of the venue:

  • Some classes will take place in upstairs studios without lift access

  • These spaces may only be accessible via stairs

If you require step-free access, we strongly recommend contacting us in advance so we can:

  • Advise on which classes are fully accessible

  • Help plan your schedule around accessible spaces

  • Offer alternative arrangements where possible

Our team will be available throughout the event to support attendees and assist where needed.

4. Support for Attendees

If you require additional support, such as:

  • Assistance moving around the venue

  • Priority seating

  • Step-free access planning

  • Support for a disability or medical condition

Please contact us in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.

We will always aim to provide a supportive and accommodating environment.

5. Carers & Companions

Carers or companions are welcome to attend to support participants or visitors who require assistance.

Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific requirements so we can ensure the appropriate arrangements are in place.
