OFF STAGE was created to offer something more for the dance community. While performance sits at the heart of every dancer's journey, we believe true progression comes through access, opportunity and the right environment to grow.
Bringing together competition, convention training, teacher development and career opportunities, OFF STAGE provides a platform for dancers to not only perform, but to learn, connect and take their next steps with confidence. From those just starting out to those pursuing professional careers, the event has been designed to support dancers at every stage of their journey.
Built by people who understand the industry first-hand, OFF STAGE is committed to creating a high-quality, accessible experience for dancers, teachers and families. Our aim is simple: to give people the tools, exposure and opportunities they need to progress, both on and off the stage.
Jazmin Stewart
Creative Event Director
OFF STAGE was founded by Jazmin Stewart, former organiser of MOVE IT, the world's largest dance event, and creator of the MOVE IT Championships. Having delivered large-scale events attended by tens of thousands of dancers, teachers and families, Jazmin set out to create something different: an experience built not only around performance, but progression.
With a background as a professional dancer, Jazmin has performed for global artists including Kylie Minogue, Rihanna and Stormzy, as well as organisations such as the BBC and Nike. She has since gone on to specialise in event sales, sponsorship and commercial partnerships, bringing together a unique blend of industry knowledge and business expertise to shape the vision behind OFF STAGE.
Her mission is simple: to create meaningful opportunities that help dancers, teachers and studios thrive both on and off the stage.

Through competition, convention experiences, teacher development and industry opportunities, we aim to empower dancers at every level to develop their skills, build confidence and take the next step in their journey.
